Mr. Gilder is the Founder and Chairman of Gilder Publishing, LLC. Mr. Gilder is Senior Founding Member of Gilder Mobile Internet Fund and the Managing Member of Gilder Cremers Fund. He was the former Editor-in-Chief of the Gilder Technology Report (published by Forbes Inc., 1996–2007). He serves as the Chairman of Advisory Board at ASOCS Ltd. He is also the Chairman of George Gilder Fund Management, LLC. He has been Independent Director of Wave Systems Corp. since 1993. He serves as Director of Berkshire Corporation and The International Engineering Consortium. He was Member of Advisory Board at Garage Technology Ventures. Mr. Gilder served as a Director of K12 Inc. He served as Chairman of the Lehrman Institute Economic Roundtable and a former Program Director for the Manhattan Institute Mr. Gilder is the author of several books, including Life after Television, Microcosm, The Spirit of Enterprise, Wealth and Poverty and Telecosm; contributing editor to Forbes Magazine. His 1981 bestseller Wealth and Poverty advanced a practical and moral case for capitalism during the early months of the Reagan Administration. In 1986, President Reagan gave George Gilder the White House Award for Entrepreneurial Excellence. Four years later, Mr. Gilder published Microcosm, his acclaimed history and prophecy of microchips. His latest book, the influential Israel Test, last year introduced Gilad Garon and ASOCS to Gilder’s readers. He is also a contributing writer at Wired and Forbes and a regular contributor to the Wall Street Journal. He is a recipient of White House award for Entrepreneurial Excellence from President Reagan. He is Senior Fellow at Discovery Institute where he directs Discovery’s program on high technology and public policy. Mr. Gilder attended Exeter Academy and Harvard University.

    Previously, Mr. Allen has served as Co-Chairman along with the late Bob Hope for the Westmoreland Scholar Foundation, now located at the Texas Tech University Vietnam Center and Archive. In 1981 Mr. Allen served in the White House as Special Assistant to President Ronald Reagan.

    He has served as an advisor for six US Presidents and has extensive experience working with the US Congress, as well as many Foreign Ministers, and Heads of State. After leaving the White House, he founded the Washington, D.C. consulting firm of John Allen & Associates International, Ltd. Mr. Allen’s firm was involved in a wide range of projects in over 42 countries.

    Mr. Allen currently serves as a senior advisor on international trade to the current US Secretary of Commerce and US Trade Representative. He has over thirty-seven years of experience negotiating political and economic issues between foreign governments and the US. He remains active as an advisor not only to the US and foreign governments, but also to small, medium, and large multi-national companies in the areas of procurement, trade, government relations, security, and international business relations.

    He has been featured in the Wall Street Journal; Inc. Magazine; Bloomberg Financial Markets and Commodities News; as well as many local newspapers and journals. He is a frequent speaker and has appeared numerous times as a guest commentator on the FOX News TV station in Washington, D.C.

    Mr. Allen continues to work on various humanitarian projects worldwide for the conservation and protection of the world’s limited fresh water supply.

    Paul Snow has been writing compilers, interpreters, and Rules Engines for use in graphics, embedded systems, and web applications for over 30 years. In 1987, Paul wrote and Printware shipped the first clone of Adobe’s PostScript Interpreter. He designed the Rules Engine used in Texas and Michigan to evaluate eligibility for SNAP, TANF, Medicare, and other Health and Human Services programs.

    Paul learned about Bitcoin in 2011, and even purchased some Bitcoin, but didn’t dive into the technology until 2013. He organized the Bitcoin Meetup Group in Austin for nearly a year starting in May of 2013. This led to the Mini Bitcoin Conference Series in Austin, and the Texas Bitcoin Conference. In May of 2014 he began working on how to leverage the Bitcoin Blockchain to solve problems that are not fundamentally asset tracking problems. This grew into the Factom project.

    Nicolas T. Courtois is a cryptologist and a Senior Lecturer at University College. He has received his PhD from the Paris 6 University. Then he worked as a cryptographic engineer for the French smart card firm Gemalto. He has 8 patents on applied cryptography and smart cards.

    He is a highly influential code-breaker with more than 100 regular publications and more than 5800 citations. His H-index is 32. He is responsible for the cryptanalysis of many real-life cryptographic systems used by hundreds of hundreds of millions of people every day, such as the Bluetooth cipher E0, the automobile cipher KeeLoq and the MiFare Classic Crypto-1 system which is widely used in public transportation and building access control.

    At UCL he teaches about the following topics: Computer Security, Applied Cryptography, Cryptanalysis. He is a bitcoin activist and runs a regular bitcoin research seminar every week in central London. He has authored several research papers on bitcoin.
